The laboratory staffs are very arrogant and unprofessional. They will wait you outside about 2 hours for usual blood sugar results without considering even you are pregnant. Online booking is another scam. Doctors are well dedicated. But the management and staffs are very poor.

Date .16/11/2023..was went for an emergency gynecology appointment with the only one docter Nimmy Boby ..we reached there on time as told and started to wait in the waiting lobby. The doctor went for an emergency ( it's been said ) and we been waiting there over 2 hours. When returned back I went to speak to the doctor about our turn ..we were in line but came to know there are still more patients to see before us( morning patients our time was after 10.30) We can understand the waiting period in hospital and agreed to wait but the attitude of the doctor was really not helping the situation and very arrogant in dealing with the circumstances. So we end up going to a different hospital. Will never go to that particular doctor due to unprofessional attitude towards patients.

Management needs to employ many more staff in this hospital. Totally disappointed with the recent visit with my sick parents. Nursing and Pharmacy staff are struggling hard to make things going. Things are not at all going in an organised way, as a result it ends up like double work for the staff. Sick people coming to this Hospital is going through a hard time. I tried to meet the PRO of this hospital to address the things I have noticed but couldn't find anyone there and no one asked me why I'm searching for the PRO! When we tried to book a follow up appointment, wrong information was given to us saying Doctor is not available during then.!!!!.... Wake up and please review the process + recruit more staff

So Pathetic...,Doctors are good, management and services are very poor,no professionalism at all, in any level of hospitality, if you are sick don't get admitted , you will be prized with atleast another 2 kind of diseases from the hospital itself,if any of the doctors suggested for admitted treatment ,ask him to reffer some another hospital , Goverment hospital services are far better than here.

Very pathetic experience in the hospital.Even when we go for an emergency, they will behave like nothing matters to them. No proper way of communication and when i got my father with breathing problem midnight to this hospital, they didnt even attended the case and told us to wait for one hour in the emergency ward. They were not ready to even give a first aid. So we had to move to ernakulam in the midnight. Very bad experience from a hospital i have been in my life. NB:- If u want to go to this hospital for an emergency, go with some 5-6 people, even the security there wont help u to get the patient inside.

The doctors are good .However there is no Canteen in the premises.Also the one functional lacks hygiene. Especially on Sundays .If you are a bystander staying with the patient Make arrangements for the food as the canteen remains closed on Sundays.

The management is extremely poor and unprofessional, the waiting time is unbelievable and the Pharmacy will take ages to get your medicines. Wish they would stream line it more and doesn't make the patients wait for so long

Doctors are good but the management is pathetic. Pharmacy needs improvement, and add more staff's.
