Pros: - The Rooms look good for the rate! - Customer service is really appreciated. - Even-though the location was little bit at the outskirts, owner managed to arrange vehicle service for us. Cons: - There was dirt water coming from the tap in the washroom. - Kitchen area had poor hygiene. - The location is little bit far from town, would recommend getting your personal vehicle here.
Rooms are clean, service was excellent, very comfortable and reasonable price. Highly recommend this place. Thanks to Jacob and Vargese for their hospitality.
We got an awesome experience for our two days stay during October 2023. The scenic beauty from the balcony was excellent.Very neat & clean rooms.Good hospitality and homely food, we tasted. Very bad experience, not taking care of guests no basic facilities. Stayed in a dormitory which is the same as our govt bus was leaking inside the room during rain, no water heater many more......This is 100% true. They are trying to escape saying this is "not our property" instead of correcting themselves, if needed I can post more photos

Recently I visited Ooty honey huts with my Wife & 4.5 years son. I had a great experience. Specially the room & scenic beauty. Out of 10, I shall give 9. 1 mark deducted for the roads. However, its expected when you are visiting hills. :). If you are travelling by your own car, then don't worry about the roads near the hotel, Mr. Jacobs will help you to park. He is a wonderful person & a great human being. He will give you tips in case you need on how to drive cars in hill areas.
One of the best stay i ever stayed.The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The gave us a very good hospitality.The complimentary breakfast was also delicious.The view from the hotel was also nice. I really recommend to stay here best suited for family and couple.
