Worst, just converted a flat to P.G. no Hygiene neither security, I was roaming in the flat, with the roomz open and nobody present there to monitor, food was worst and also the cleaning, facilities are worst and rates are very high, Rs14000 for three sharing, worst thing is there is nothing nearby need to go to market about 3-4kms
