We are booked appointment for hair cutting on Friday 03 Nov 2023 and they are not responding as per schedule, when we called them and discussed about it he answered that " give me 30 minutes for final schedule " but no any call and instructions from his side then we are reached on 06 Nov 2023 while we reached they said me that " sir, we can do only one person's hair cut because we have no available staff for many more so please you can change your schedule " We will go for party in evening 5:30PM so how this possible. If you have no availability of staff or materials please inform to customer on priority otherwise customer can't change schedule at the time.
