A one dhaba - Dhaba in Panipat - Panipat, India

No. 1 Ahuja is a good place for vegetarians specially. Stopped there for dinner during our trip to Punjab. Loved the food specially tandoori Parantha, I guess it was better than others what I had on that route. Owner Mr. Ash ok is very courteous and humble as well as he knows how to deal with customers.

We had a tea break while returning from Shimla toward Delhi, The tea was good but the size of the serving was a bit large as they serve tea in glass so if you do not require that much quantity order accordingly and also tell your sugar taste before ordering, as local love very sweet tea,

The place is actually very nice and clean, washrooms are decently cleaned. I stopped here while coming back from my bike trip of Mcleodganj. Deducting two stars solely on the basis of rude behaviour of a guy sitting on the counter of food joint named chatkara .... The only reason for that was I asked for price of a certain dish and the reply was " CAN'T YOU SEE THAT THERE IS A BOARD IN FRONT " I know that it's a little foolish on my part as well but due to tiredness from a 10 hour ride I got confused while reading the menu. Would suggest that there are other food joints as well kindly ignore this particular one.

Good food at reasonable price...

Good food and parking with a nice shop that gives chilled Diet Coke. The Dhaba is just off the highway on the side going towards Delhi. Freshly cooked food ample parking clean toilets and easily visible from highway are some of the qualities that makes this dhaba stand out. The black Daal of this Dhaba is mind blowing and very tasty. Do try it.

The food and service is great here. Felt well managed. I went in not wanting to eat much and ended up stuffing myself to the brim. Go for good Indian food at reasonable prices. Can improve decor and ambience. Would visit again.

A poorly maintained dhaba located by NH44. The place was undergoing renovation. The washrooms were not the cleanest. No soap available anywhere for washing hands. Better to look for other much better options. There are plenty other dhabas adjacent to this one.

Chalte chalte dhaba is so so . Food was good but service was late
