Have joined here to get into shape and reduce weight to be fit. It's been nearly 1 month, have found both the gym masters are technically sound in subject and they keep on monitoring you with complete guidance until u close out your hrs for the day. I joined here because of my wife's recommendation since she had a wonderful gym session. This gym is highly recommended for all(men and women)who are willing to be fit. A good place to start your day. Goal based training programs supported by excelled coaches, especially thangaraj sir.It's the place where different age group people irrespective of their gender would work out. Annual Subscription is affordable and each penny that we pay is worthy. It's upon us to show up to the gym with self discipline and the rest would be taken care by them..
