Best gym in the Manesar town. Trainers are highly skilled and professional. Gym is equipped with all kind of modern equipments.
I am working out and doing exercises from last two year and I tried almost all the gyms here, and from last year I am associated with AM fitness, after a year the best I can say is, they are having a tremendous trainers and best machines.
If you are joining then be aware your progress reports are in Manoj sir's eyes radar, whether you are taking a membership or taking a personal training, there is no big difference( I measured), they are teaching both the peoples with the same interest.
I am going in evening and every day Trainer respectable Manoj Sir is taking a 30 min. HIIT class for all ( whoever is willing to join) and I am sure this 30 min. is equal to more than hour exercise for most of the peoples. (No other gyms are providing this.)
If you are daily gym goer AM fitness is heaven for you, do join.

With lot of competition, this place comes handy as old but stable. Nd what I prefer is with "expensive without a reason". People and all are good, Trainer is fine but equipments are totally old, you can't even see the numbers on dumbbell and plates. Have a walk in different options available, I would say. Over all okay to workout if they are offering a fair deal.
Hats off to the training programs beingoffered by AM fitness . People gets motivated so easily in such wonderful gym ambience. I'm very grateful to achieve my best physique there. It's been awesome working with you AM fitness team.
