The staff there have very little sympathy for the patients especially for the outsiders. Very rude behavior from the girls employed there. Have seen a lot other hospitals but this one is too much. Note a very good experience.

Everything is good except for the two things 1. There is no water dispenser around OPD, I'll have to really ask many staff people before reaching 2nd and finally found one. The drinking water facility should be easily accessible and on every floor at multiple locations. 2. They don't accept Debit/Credit cards. They need only cash. Upon asking they just directed us to the nearest ATM. This is totally unacceptable for an organisation of this size. Even the small shops accept cards, but they don't. They want to cause inconvenience to the customers.

Worst reception ever seen they are only attracted to money and have a very rude behaviour . They took money from me just because I don't have a file in their hospital. But the other staff is preety good

The hospital staff is good enough for the rates they charge . The services provided and the condition of the hospital is also good
