This Girls' Hostel is one of the best Girls' Hostel in Kolkata. Mainly they admit Girls who are from Malda, Murshidabad, Birbhum, Dunajpur etc. from where daily to and fro for their College in Kolkata is not possible. However for South 24 Paraganas, North 24 Paraganas, Howrah etc. nearby zilla students are not entertained. Also Goverenment College students are preferred. However for Private College Students there is no objection. Students undergoing Higher Secondary and Graduation Courses are given first priority. They usually discourage Master Degree Students and Students undergoing Phd. Courses are not at all entertained. Also for students admitted in Professional Courses like Pharmacy, Nursing, MBBS are not at all entertained. Hostel fees is below Rs. 5000/- including fooding and lodging. Quality of food is not up to the standard as below 5000/- fees it is not possible to provide quality food. Rules are extremely rigid for staying in this hostel. You need to obey all their rules and regulations to stay. Security is tight. OBC, SC, ST Students are given first priority. Though there is a new building still it is tough to get admitted in this hostel.

It was really nice staying there doesn't feel like that i was away from my home. All the stufs were gud the pg ownere and the aunt living there were all friendly nd this pg is really commute friendly as u can get a bus stop right outside the pg. Over
I am resident of this hostel since 2018. Our warden is a so kind woman and here we get healthy lunch and dinner and chai(in morning and afternoon). Here we have access to hot water on winter bor bathing and we have a wonderful garden inside also.
