Stayed for 1 day. I would like to appreciate and congratulate the owners and hotel management about the good work they are doing in this era where there is a lot of online booking and once you pay the hotel does not bother about the amenities. Restaurant- very nice hospitality specially the courteous staff and way they greet and take care of you. They make u feel important. Good. Floor staff- very humble and ready to help you anytime in need. Rooms- Well decorated, simple and elegant. Bathroom- Nice, clean and top notch.. As a business owner I understand it's now becoming expensive to run a hotel with such good facilities, courteous staff and still charge reasonable. The food is slightly on the expensive side, but acceptable as the business needs money. Any ways Congratulations to everyone for the good experience I had..
Staff of Hotel is very courteous and room is of decent size with all amenities. Biggest challenge is Hotel does not have its own parking and one needs to pay every time when a cab / car comes. Construction work is also going on opposite hotel. Food is decent. Going for dinner plan is not recommended as a thali is served, buffet breakfast has lot of optionsHotel room.
Very bad experience, The Staff service is pathetic, they work like a government office.
Nobody bothers with your request or complaint. My suggestion is nobody came here with Family.

The hotel was no doubt superb. But the facilities they provide compared to their ask price is not up to the mark. Morning breakfast was healthy, organized in a buffet system. But they made me pay even for the breakfast which I suppose must be made free.
