Outstanding place for picnic. Everything is too good. Food- quantity unlimited and quality is best. Live orchestra which made my day more special...game facilities also good. I specifically like the swimming pool divided in 3 different highet section. from 2yr kids to adults everyone can enjoy in swimming pool. Kelva beach is very close from this resort. can go with friends or family or couple.

Coconut Valley is the Worst resort we've stayed in, very disappointed. Per person packaged was overpriced. quality of food and stay are not at all justified by the price. The rooms are worst quality, no ventilation in the room, no fan running in the room, and so many mosquitoes in the room. the washroom is unhygienic, and the tap doesn't work. swimming pool was so dirty, I absolutely didn't like the room, washroom, cleanliness, and service. guys don't book this resort.

Had a wonderful stay with team. Pool is really good, staff is very supportive and keeps checking your for food. Karoke night was great , we enjoyed it alot.

Hi, On 16-July-2023 we visited coconut valley resort. we are 22 people.....with family. Specially I want to mention about room service...we stayed 6 adult and 6 children in one big room....But from when we did check in to checkout not single room service person came and give service....second day we didn't get fresh towel , not warm water for bath, no one is came to clean washroom, fan was not that position to give good air...at midnight we called manager but he didn't answer ...and other day he never came to meet and courtesy to ask us...per person we paid 3500/- But we felt all money is waste... When resort charge money then have to pay attention to client... I never suggest any one this resort... Many more option available in same cost...

Very Bad experience with this A Coconut Valley Nature Resort (Palghar) Probably the 1st time that I am writing a bad review in trip advisor for any place. Visited this A Coconut Valley Nature Resort on 15th n 16th July 2023 with my friends n family. We were 7 couples n 8 kids all are adult who visited this place. I would specifically make points on this resort .My experience was not at all good. These are the points : 1. No proper room service (Bedsheets, Blankets & Towels were not changed at all during our 1 nights and even no room cleanness) Bedsheets are very Bad quality. 2. In the Room 6 Fan, But Fan was not working properly in spite of escalating twice and had to sleep 1 whole night without A/C n Fan. 3. No mobile signals, as if they've setup Jammers in the resort and No WiFi service. 4. Black mould & dirt on all the toilet/wet room/ which had not been cleaned for many months. 5. No toilet paper, for Bath no Hot water in bathroom etc... 6. They charge 30 RS per Water bottle with 10 RS extra service charge 7. Doesn't seems to build relationship with the customers (they simple argue for anything) 8. Swimming pool is also Bad which had not been cleaned n maintain. 9. Food- I think the worst experience till date i had with coconut valley food n Breakfast. I will complain on the food taste very very bad.

The resort is okay. The staff can improve on being more co-operative instead of letting the customers know about last minute changes AFTER they've reached the place. The swimming pool is not very big. So at any point in time, only one group of mac 6-7 people can use it comfortably. It's a decent place to visit with family, kids and probably office colleagues. People interested in consuming alcohol will have a good time here. All in all, it's an okay place but is overpriced. The service that they provided was not worth the money we paid. P.S. The picture of swimming pool was taken in panoramic view and hence, looks wider and bigger

My experience with Coconut valley is quite unpleasant. We are disappointed.The property is quite good and big however they must maintain it well. The rooms are absolutely not good. Washroom not up to the mark. Sometimes tap doesn't work, Sometimes flush. Food is quite good however they must serve it hot to guest else it's no fun eating. They should have a variety on food plus soft drinks. I absolutely didn't like the room , washroom and cleanliness and service. They must improve the kids area. The biggest problem is with AC and power back up. I such hot weather they must have a good power back up for AC and fan. I am not sure what's wrong... Power was tripping frequently or it was a deliberately done. There was a person who was just roaming around the switch board to save the back up everytime specially when people are sleeping or not in room however this kind of hospitality doesn't suit. I hope you will improve in future.

It was wonderful experience in coconut Valley resort, the staff was very helpful and Co operative. The food was too yummy lot of variety dishes in the main course. The owner was so polite and very friendly, must visit..
