Beautiful hotel in a crowded tourist place. Well maintained. Maps is a bit confusing at the end since there is a diversion due to road construction. The staff helped us.the housekeeping gets u whatever u need. Very close to the temple, 10min walk. Had good darshan and also took an auto ride for girivalam. Loved the place and the staff are also very good.
First of all I'm very sad to write this review on this Property. The Staff are awful. I made an Advance booking on 23rd May 2023 for 12 of my family members for my visit on June 3rd 2023. When I reached the hotel the Staff Sanjeevi Rajan made us wait in the lobby for 3 hours. Even though it wasn't a Pournami day, they hiked the tariff and charged more. When the remaining balance was supposed to be paid by us. We said that we will do UPI Transfer for which they are not ready and demanded cash. In the night he knocked our door barged in and demanded the cash. He was yelling at us and said to leave to property if we don't pay. Then finally agreed to do UPI. It was really awful situation and wish the disrespect we faced on that day was very hurting. So please carry cash and get ready for being disrespected even with maids.
I booked room for 30/09/23 nyt to 1/10/23 and confirmed booking, but after reaching the AC residency receptionist told the rooms are already sold, and iam standing outside in road without room. Please conform you r booking with paying advance amount with evidence of booking date. Worst service from the AC residency.
Not so good. No proper service available. No proper maintenance of beds and rooms. Bathroom doors also not working properly. You cannot find any service boy or others there. Parking is the major problem there. We have to park on the road.
It's located right above the tanishq store, u will have access to the steps to go above. And u will have the inn there.. This place is pretty good. Rooms are clean.. ac is pretty good during the hot summer days, bed and bathroom were neat and clean.. hot water was available all the time I switch for hot water in the shower. We couldn't try any room service and ordering stuff but overall the people were very helpful. If u are visiting the temple this is close to the left side entrance of the temple.. this place is a bit far from the bus stand but it's worth it..
Worse service. Room facility and cleanness poor. Refuse to give recipt for payment and no tariff card available.
we recently stayed in this property very comfortable however we have bad experience my valuable charger left ( 100% sure) in the room staff said not found this might be mistake from my side but expected honestly from the staff which is being missed
Good place to Stay with family with in budget, Bit Far to Rajagopuram, Bed sheets and lenin are not washed properly, Later service boy changed them but everything is good other than that it's a decent Stay for a family Remember No service boy No food available in this hotel Landmark is Tanishq jewellery

Beautiful rooms and staff was really greatful . Warm welcome and luggage was carried by room boy. Complementary buffet breakfast was given it was awesome. I prefer this hotel only in future visits. Thank you very much for your service.
The staff were courteous and attentive, Food was fresh, delicious and a large spread during buffet. Rooms were very clean and nice. The location was very good, Over all a very enjoyable experience. I would strongly recommend them.
