I recently had the pleasure of dining at the 9th Mile Dhaba restaurant located inside the Royal Orchid Resort & Convention Centre. My visit for lunch yesterday afternoon left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied. From the warm ambiance to the delightful food, everything about this place exceeded my expectations. To begin with, the menu at 9th Mile Dhaba offered a wide range of options, making it difficult to choose just a few dishes. After much contemplation, we decided to order the dal tadka, kadai paneer, chana pindi with bhature, blue lagoon, and butter naan. The dal tadka was simply divine. It had a rich, creamy texture and was bursting with flavors. The perfect blend of spices and the tempering of aromatic ghee elevated the dish to another level. It was a comforting bowl of goodness that left me wanting more. The kadai paneer was another highlight of our meal. The paneer was cooked to perfection, retaining its softness while absorbing the flavors of the spicy tomato-based gravy. Each bite was a delight, and I found myself relishing every morsel. The chana pindi with bhature was a real treat for the taste buds. The chickpeas were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The bhature, served piping hot and fluffy, was the perfect accompaniment. The combination was absolutely mouthwatering and had us coming back for more. As for the beverages, the blue lagoon mocktail was refreshing and tangy. It provided a perfect balance to the spicy flavors of the dishes. The presentation was also impressive, with the vibrant blue color adding a touch of elegance. Lastly, the butter naan was outstanding. It was soft, slightly crispy, and slathered generously with butter. It complemented the gravies perfectly, and the aroma of freshly baked bread filled the air. The service at 9th Mile Dhaba was commendable. The staff members were attentive, polite, and quick to fulfill our requests. They made sure we had a memorable dining experience, and their warm hospitality added to the overall enjoyment. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting. The rustic decor and comfortable seating arrangements created a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxed meal. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were also maintained impeccably, which further enhanced our dining experience. In conclusion, I highly recommend 9th Mile Dhaba to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. The flavorsome dal tadka, delectable kadai paneer, mouthwatering chana pindi with bhature, refreshing blue lagoon, and heavenly butter naan will leave you craving for more. Coupled with the attentive service and inviting ambiance, this restaurant truly stands out. I look forward to visiting again soon.
Not very impressed by the food. The service was amazing especially by Mr.Chinmay who was extremely humble and helpful. The vibes are really good, very calm and chilling atmosphere with light olden style music. Open kitchen out in the garden itself. Usually people who stay here have food in the restaurant, outsiders are rare.
9th Mile dhaba is Mesmerising We had a Mellifluous Ghazal filled dinner under the stars. Their open air kitchen is a Delight to watch and the food is just gustatory Delight The starters are superb and the food is Fabulous Ambience is just awesome Service is lovely
There is a sprawling open area along with a swimming pool and play area around the Dhaba where children as well as the adults can have a nice time. Food is very good and you can actually see the Tandoor kitchen. We had been to this joint many times and I liked it every time. Their Kebabs are good except that I am a bit weary of Burrah Kebab which requires a lot of effort to eat.
Nice place with good ambience in garden. Bar is also there. Family restaurent with outdoor seating. Problem is mosquitos. They will put fan with high speed to avoid mosquito which makes food cold. Other option is mosquito coil. Price are very high and quanitity is average. Taste wise it is good. Place is spacious. They have open kitchen, you can go and see how they prepare food. Staffs are Very professional.
Amazing food you get here at the 9th mile Dhaba. Restaurant in an open space in the Orchid Resort. It gets quite hot in the peak afternoon. You need to order your main course immediately after your starters have arrived otherwise there will be a long wait. All the curries were very tasty and rotis soft. Beyond the Dhaba takes you to the swimming pool Area and children play area.
We visited this place for our anniversary dinner. Positive: pleasing live music and classic songs and engaging space for our little one to play. 2 stars are for that. Quite disappointed for below reasons 1. Drinks came after main course 2. Starters was too salty, we sent back and it came after completion of main course that too not the one we ordered 3. Gravy was below average, my college mess gravy was better 4. Same old done to death desserts menu at double price, not tempting at all Go here if you enjoy open space, fresh air and relaxed dining experience, but have little Hope / expectations on the food then you may like it.
Bad food at exorbitant prices. Will avoid it in future. We ordered vegetarian food including starters, mocktails and main course. For starters, we ordered Tandoori Mushroom and Tandoori Malai Soya Chaap. While Tandoori Mushroom was OK, the Tandoori Soya Chaap was horrible. All we could taste was boiled soya grits with no tandoori taste. We ordered many mocktails but they were totally disappointing, tasting like cough or antibiotics syrups. For main course, we ordered Kadai Paneer, Mandi Wali Sabzi (mix veg curry), Sabzi Biryani, Ajwaini Naan, and Tandoori roti. Kadai Paneer was below average (even the hardcore South Indian eateries make much better Kadai Paneer), Mandi wali sabzi was worst (mixed vegetables thrown in a confusing mix of spices, no taste), Biryani was horrible, Ajwaini Naan probably didn't have Ajwain and tasted rubbery, Tandoori roti was served cold and hard. Along with bad food, their processes and service is also bad. They have foolishly used QR code and Whatsapp based ordering system. I got different bill amounts on Whatsapp and printed bill (not sure if I could sue them but difference is significant). Service is really bad despite many people engaged in it. After asking 3-4 times, one person finally brought onions and raita for Biryani. The only decent thing about this restaurant is open space around dining area where children can play. I totally regret my decision to visit this place. It was my birthday dinner with family but bad food and bad service simply ruined the occasion.
Small Neighborhood eatery run by a Sardarji Family. Excellent taste, very authentic flavours... limited vegetarian menu... Punjabi cuisine... very affordable... crowded on weekends...
The best food I've had in Bengalaru. The staff was amazing and recommended great options, all of which were incredible. The level of service was excellent and everyone went out of their way to make it a great dining experience.
As a North Indian we people always look for a chatak food... Eventually we have found the best place where we can sit and eat, with lots of varieties of food . Most preferred Pramtha which you call paratha and bhutura punjabi style.. Here you will
