Very poor customer service they haven't attended us properly..we explained all the things to one makeup artist..but still they made mess on our faces...I suppose to be get ready within one hour..but they took 4.5 hours same time as bridal's. We think they have untrained staff... we suppose to be getting more packages.. but after that experience I never recommend anyone

Edit: Response to below - I actually told the manager, and the staff doing my treatments that I have had laser treatment so response below in incorrect. And burn marks/skin peeling off were a direct result of staff being careless and not listening to me when I asked them to stop. -------------------------------- I booked pre-bridal services, party make-up and bridal make-up with this salon. Pre-bridal services were really bad. They told me they do skin analysis and are careful with everyone's face but they were not. I was left with burn marks on my face, and skin had peeled off (right before my wedding day), and had red dots all over my arms and legs from the wax (maybe it was too hot or maybe it is the type of wax they use). Make-up was ok but I would not book again.

I had best experience with this saloon,thq pargat and happy for making my rough hair smooth and silky, I recommend to all my friends ,if anyone want their hair done must visit, the staff is friendly and caring,I will definitely visit again
