The property is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the backwaters. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Special mention for the manager for his hospitality. The food is delicious, and the chef is happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. The pool is perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. The boat is a great way to explore the backwaters.

The rooms are cozy and faces the backwaters. They have common pool and private pool rooms. Both the pools have maintained well. We enjoyed the stay but the food was average

In addition to the stunning location and excellent service, the food at 976 Panamgad was truly a highlight of our trip. The local dishes were delicious and bursting with flavor, and the presentation of each meal was impeccable. The variety of dishes on offer ensured that there was something for everyone. And beautiful place and that swimming pool and that sarounding of that place blessed with greenary this is too beautiful
About 40 min away from Kochi, 976 Panangad is the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the birds and backwaters of Kerala, and eat delicious food. The first thing to notice upon arrival were the stunning gardens surrounding the beautiful villa. We were welcomed by Robby, the friendly manager who was always around when needed, but at the same time gave us our personal space. Rooms were comfy and the bathrooms nice and roomy. Panangad is clean and well maintained. We'd love to return here one day and explore more of Kochi.
This is the best villa I've ever been, the villa is clean, specious and very pleasant environment, well furnished villa, comfortable pool and close to beach. Also pleasant hosts and a great food.
