Never thought of a fusion of Maharashtrian & Sri Lankan cuisines. +94 Bombay serves the most unique delicacies put together by Chef Dipesh! We tried out everything from Kaju Kothimbir Wadi , Thecha Prawns , to Kombadiche Kalwan , Chicken Stew Hoppums & Prawn Curry! Everything was just amazing! Each dish reminded me of home but with an added twist to it ! Overall the food and drinks were very comforting and unique! The ambiance is really classy as well and the staff is super helpful and friendly! Definitely going to visit again to try out more!

On the occasion of our anniversary we decided to visit this brilliant place. It's a newly opened one in Palladium with a very unique concept, as the name suggests 94 Bombay combines cuisines from Sri Lanka as well as Maharashtra. Chef Dipesh has done a really great job with the curation of the menu. When he brought it up I did realize that there are such similar tones between a lot of coastal cuisines - coconut being a huge overlap across and it was a revelation through some beautiful food. Our host for the evening was Rueben who was super gracious and welcoming and he made sure that we were well taken care of. Service is just as essential as the experience of the dining as well and both were just great. They also had a really cool juice bar which served some super fresh juices, again feeling extremely coastal. Really love that I can have healthy juices. Being pescetarians this was a really great one for us and here's what we tried: 1. Mutton Pandhra Rassa: the pandhra rassa was a very flavourful broth, it was lighter on spices thankfully and hence, more palatable. It had one fall off the bone tender lamb shank which went beautifully well with the creamy and spicy soup. Just loved it. 2. Konkan Lobster Bisque: the bisque broth was so so flavourful. It had a real punch and also creaminess. Along with the crunch of onions and garlic prawns really added to the flavor. 3. Curry Leaves Chicken: I haven't tasted a more delicious, juicy chicken to Date, even including all other Massive restaurant places and thats a huge compliment. The chicken had a lovely flavour and was so so beautiful that I'd come back for it. 4. Bombil Rava Fry: not a bombil lover but I really loved this version of it. It was served as a crisp, crumb fried piece and was delicious. 5. Thecha Prawns: the thecha prawns were really lovely. They had a very thin, crispy coating and the thecha was muted down to a slightly less spicier and more palatable version. Really loved it along with the crunch of the red onion. Totally worth it. 6. Veg Poriyal roll: the poriyal roll had beetroot, green beans, coconut and curry leaves stuffed inside a deep fried maida batter which was a great combination of crispy and soft moist filling inside. 7. Jaffna Black Pepper Prawns with Mango chutney: I know the main dish here was the prawns, but I really enjoyed the Mango chutney more. The Mango chutney was creamy and a real lovely mix of spice with sweet. The jaffna prawns were lovely and brilliantly cooked too. 8. Hoppers: hoppers are a srilankan and a personal favourite. I really totally love it and can have it with just about anything. These ones were crisp, soft and just beautiful. 9. Mutton Jaffna curry: a really strong southern curry with melt in the mouth chunks of Mutton were to die for. 10. Veg Sri Lankan curry: this veg curry wasn't a part of the menu but it outshined even the Mutton. It was a creamy, coconut based gravy which had a medley of different veggies and had a great subtle flavour of curry leaves. Really enjoyed it. 11. Coco crush: this mocktail was hands down my favourite. It was coconut water with cream. Freshness with lovely creaminess. Just beautiful. 12. Boc: beetroot, orange and carrot makes for a lovely and delicious combination. This is a must try. 13. Watapallam with nolen gurer ice cream: nolen gurer ice cream has always been a favourite of ours but the Sri Lankan dessert Watapallam which was a coconut custard stole the day. It was a dense dessert which wasn't overpoweringly sweet but really soft and creamy. The food was really good and so was the service. It was a great experience all together. The food isn't very expensively priced either and I'd love to come back here anytime for a meal. This is the kind-of place you should go to in order to give yourself a treat. Some take a spa, some buy clothes, me ? I eat at places like these.

A Must Visit Place The authenticity of Maharashtra and Sri Lankan food is what +94 Bombay offers Chef Dipesh has really turned the table when it comes to taste. +94 has a juice bar which offers cold ppressed fresh juices with out any sugar. So its best for all those who are concerned about fitness. The prices are very reasonable. I would deifinately recommend everyone to visit this place atleast once to experience this first hand. A very nice and different place when it comes to food. Spacious and comfortable sitting seating. Must Try - Kaju Kothimbir wadi, veg poriyal roll, bombhil fry, prawns thecha, nankatai cheese cake, hoppers etc.. Try anything snd you will be surprised with a smaile on your face. Food - You can experience the perfect mix of maharashtran and Sri Lankan cuisine. Must try for Non-Veg lovers, though veg also has good variety. Food presentation was nice. Service - The staff is very kind an helpful. The service is very quick. Ambience - Ambience is warm lighting with comfortable seating for couples, family of larger groups of 15-20. Very spacious. Pricing - Pricing is very reasonable for what they offer. Just go for it.

I was amazed with the menu that's curated at this restaurant and especially being a pure non vegetarian, this place is indeed heaven for foodies. Mumbaikars especially maharashtrians are gonna absolutely love the food served here with the aesthetic ambiance offered. I love how they've priced every dish reasonably, not over priced and just right for a lovely and elegant meal. Here's what I enjoyed eating here and thanks to Rueben, for all the lovely recommendations, also for nicely elaborating every detail of the menu and the restaurant. Mutton Pandra Rassa- Spot on soothing and delicious rassa Konkan Lobster Bisque(mind blowing), Shakarkand Chaat- I'm not a fan of potato, but this chaat just blew my mind. Top notch. Kaju Kothimbir Wadi- The yummy and crispy wadi was a delight in every bite. Thecha Prawns Bombil Fry- The best in town Sri Lankan Jaffna Goat Curry- Cannot be missed. By far the tastiest mutton curry I've ever had with Ghavne. Please order. Chicken Stew Hopper Watalappam- Something different, new to our taste buds, if you're a fan of coconut and sweets then must try Naankhatai Cheesecake

Ok so after lockdown this gem place I visited in Phoenix, Newly opened , very amazing place , So let's start , we have visited this place and we just loved not only the ambience , we loved the food too. . We ordered bombil fry we were in love with the first dish , it was so crispy and lovely taste . In starter we again hopped on thecha prawns which is basically a Maharashtrain dish and it was too spicy , but I still can't get over the taste. We also tried various veg starter and they literally have various and delicious food. This restro basically serves Sri Lankan and Maharashtrain dishes , we tried few Sri lankan dishes like goat curry that was super amazing even chicken stew hoppers they have best version of it. Would like to mention that they have organic fruit counter and all the dishes are at affordable price Desert what to say you must try their gadbad ice cream and watappam .

Popped in for a quick lunch..has a good tropical vibe and excellent service(Reuben was top notch).. The Jaffna Goat Curry was light with a slight tanginess to it. The Wattalapam is an excellent dessert.Light coconut flavours. Will be back again to try more stuff as they have a variety of regional cuisines from Sri Lankan,Maharashtrian and also spotted some Malay dishes on the menu like Masaman Curry. On the first floor of Palladium Mall,parking won't be an issue.

Awesome Ambience, good staff (special mention: Rana). We spoke to Chef and very good gestures from him. Food is excellent. A must visit place with family. All the dishes which we taste where awesome and please try their Sri Lankan dessert (Watalappam). Good food for just a right price. Things u can try: Techa Prawns, Sri Lankan Paneer Chilly, Curry leaves Chicken, Watalappam. Five star: Service, Food quality, cleanliness, price
