8seashells - Bar in Calangute - North Goa, India

8seashells was located just behind our resort in Goa. We were intrigued by its simplicity and have it a try. It didn't disappoint us. The food was good and it tasted very very fresh. It was a nice place to sit and eat on a Sunday afternoon which was enjoyed both by vegetarians and non-vegetarians. My report card Price - 6/10 Taste - 7/10 Portion Size - 5/10 Service - 6/10 Ambience - 7/10 Cleanliness - 7/10 Value for money - 7/10 Will I go back - Sure

This is an awesome place. Great food, nice ambience and cordial staff make it a must visit place if you are around Calangute. It's spice levels are appropriate and it is good value for money. We had prawn chilly and golden fried calamari. The prawns were cooked well and melted in our mouth. Calamari was having the right texture. The best dish was the burnt garlic fried rice. We also tried a local Goan desert. Sunil, the owner is a nice person to get some tips on what to do in goa. I also saw veg and fish thali on the menu. I plan to try the fish thali, next time I am around this place.

This place is bang on holiday street calangute beach road . its a nicely done up place which spacious and attentive staff . the place is famous for fresh seafood in very reasonable price .the service isgood and music not too loud .this place is good for lunch and dinner . during dinner they have live music on some days . would love to visit again

By mistake I paid 2 times, they call me back and refund the amount. I'm pleased for it....
