This is a fantastic gym. The trainers here are super nice & they take interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. They do keep a check on your diet, so make sure you're consistent with that as well along with the workouts. It has an awesome environment. Hands down, sir here are extremely hardworking & gives great encouragement. Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors - I highly recommend checking this gym out.

I simply love the vibe of this place. Everyone seems to be so motivated that you just don't need music anymore to do it's magic. Professional and sophisticated trainers. Felt drastic transformation in my body, only after 2 weeks of consistent CrossFit workout. The instructors are the best here, as they help you steadily scale up from the absolute rookie level. CrossFit has improved my strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility, agility manifolds. Also, they have fun activities like barf paani, cricket, etc. on Saturdays to rejuvenate our body. 10/10 recommended for beginners and seasonal folks who want to level up their overall fitness.
