7th heaven Margao - Bakery and Cake Shop in Margao - South Goa, India

7th Heaven is one of the go to places for cakes in Margao. All chocolate cakes you get there are one of the best. Even the pastries are nice. They need to work on the signboard though, at times it's hard to locate the store, mostly at night.

I would not even suggest this 1 star. So today evening I visited this 7th heaven cake shop and there were no customers rather than me and than i was respectfully enquiring about the custom cake and than suddenly 2 customers walked in and the staff ignored me and started attending them, i was waiting for the response i have asked for the red velvet custom cake and then suddenly staff got very rude to me and she was like " sir you are disturbing me" and this is the way they treat thier customers in disrespectful manner and i felt really bad for the Managment they keep and worst experience ever and disappointed, i would never suggest anyone to visit there not even my enemy !! Owner please do look out through this matter if u really worried about the shop reputation!

Disappointing Experience at 7th Heaven Cake Shop During my recent visit to 7th Heaven Cake Shop, I was left thoroughly disappointed with the level of service and the quality of the pastries offered. I regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the staff at the cake shop did not attend to me properly or professionally. I felt unacknowledged and ignored, as if my presence was of little importance. They lacked the basic courtesy and attentiveness that one would expect from a customer-oriented establishment. Moreover, the information provided about the available pastries was incorrect. When I inquired about specific pastries, the staff seemed unsure and provided misleading information. This lack of knowledge and clarity regarding their own products was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, the pastry I eventually ordered was disappointing in terms of taste and quality. It lacked freshness and was far from the delectable treat I had anticipated. Additionally, I found the prices to be exorbitant for the subpar quality and taste of the pastry. It left me feeling that I had paid far more than what the product was worth. Overall, my experience at 7th Heaven Cake Shop was highly unsatisfactory. The lack of professional and attentive service, coupled with incorrect information and overpriced pastries, left me with a negative impression. I had hoped for a delightful experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations.

The staff accommodated my request for a customised rainbow cake for the same day.... made my day.... thank you

Really really good, and topping on the cake (pun intended) it's VEGETARIAN all the cakes here are vegetarian, so for me I can eat this any day and to my vegetarian friends you can too. The quality of products is immensely good and same is true for the taste. Also worth mention is the service, both, the girl at the counter and the guy, keep a smiling face and are nice to talk to.

This place has gained a good amount of popularity in and around Margao. Their cakes are really good, specially the Rainbow Cake. Also, those who are veg, don't have to worry as they make only veg cakes.

I recently tried the cakes at 7th Heaven in Margao, and I must say they are the best in town! What's even better is that they offer a great variety of vegetarian options, which can be difficult to find. The cakes were fresh, moist, and had the perfect amount of sweetness.
