Good place for desserts and cakes, could improve their waffles and brownies. The waffles were too soft as if it's made from pancake batter, and the brownie was too dry. Their topping was good, considering the price and limited options available in town, this one would be a better option for dessert lovers!

This is one of the worst bakery in Jhansi, they don't know how to talk to a customer. Pasteries/ cakes quality very bad and taste not good. Pls avoid this bakery. The lady staff at the bakery outlet is extremely rude and doesn't know how to speak to customers.

Jhansi's most useless restaurant. The workers here don't have the courtesy to talk or talk to them especially there are 2 girls living here. And the boy at the counter was the most foolish. dont buy anything and if anyone knows what to do what to do

I lovw this place . Friendly staff and yummy beverages. I found my love Red velvet ice-cream over here. Ambience is good . In budge. Very clean environment.

I have been a regular customer and this time i bought a blueberry cake for someone's birthday. While eating the cake we realised that the taste was not good at all. Instead it felt like the cake was made in "Kerosene" that's the closest thing i can remember about the taste and smell of the cake. We immediately went to the cake shop and ask them to check the cake. The customer service was so bad that they didn't even acknowledge that the cake was not ok instead they were laughing at us. I usually never had a bad experience but this time it was horrendous it simply shows how these people handle customer complaint and what is the value of customer for them. Do not go there if you have a feedback because they will laugh at you. Uploading a picture also to show you the inconsiderate and unprofessional staff at the place. Beware of the skinny girl she will laugh and wouldn't speak nicely to a customer who cross questions them. She is a fighter i give her that but not good at sales though.

Worst shop provide stale cake ... After complaint they are not lift your phone very bad staff .... They don't know customer is important to shop .... Kindly don't buy anything from here they are cheating with customers
