I had the worst cake in my life. It was absolutely disgusting. The bread inside the cake was completely spoiled, and we couldn't even eat a single piece because of it. It was a terrible experience. Please ensure that you check the quality before providing such spoiled cakes to customers. This was our third purchase, and it has made us decide not to buy from your shop any more...

I don't know whether it's the owner or the manager; the way he treats and behaves is too rude.
