Absolutely under rated and must visit. The government has restored it beautifully and it's so clean and well maintained. It's massive and took 2 hours to visit. It has many more than 7 Tombs and a museum is built inside showcasing history of each tomb and the map and how restoration took place with beautiful pictures displayed. Absolutely a peaceful place and less crowded..making the whole experience worthwhile. The entry for adult was Rs. 10 and mobile camera charges were 50 rs. A stepwell is also inside along with Tombs. Big packet of popcorn also being sold inside for only rs. 20. Carry your cap and water. Washroom and drinking water facility is also there inside. Overall must recommended to visit with good amount of time in hand.
The tombs exhibit impeccable maintenance, creating a serene atmosphere at Seven Tombs in Hyderabad. The architectural brilliance on display is truly remarkable, and credit is due to the Aga Khan Foundation for their commendable efforts in restoring these ancient monuments. Surrounding the tombs, the well-kept lawn provides a tranquil space, inviting visitors to spend moments of peace and reflection. The cleanliness of the area enhances the overall experience, allowing individuals to immerse themselves in the historical ambiance. A noteworthy feature is the museum on the premises, offering a detailed narrative of the Quli Dynasty's history. Visitors can delve into the rich historical context, gaining a deeper understanding of the dynasty that shaped the region. What sets this experience apart is the inclusive policy allowing access inside the tombs for all visitors. This openness provides a unique and immersive encounter, allowing people to appreciate the intricacies of the architecture from an up-close perspective. Overall, the visit offers a harmonious blend of historical exploration, tranquility, and a chance for a reflective escape within the splendid surroundings of Seven Tombs.
The tombs are very well maintained and the area is very peaceful. The architecture is amazing and the aga khan foundation is doing a great job in restoring such ancient monuments. The lawn area around the tombs is very neat and clean and one can spend some time there for peace for mind. There is also a museum depicting history of the quli dynasty which one can read in detail. Visiting inside the tombs is also allowed to all people which makes it a different level of experience.
Excellent place for spending time with family. Beautiful architecture. It's a huge area and not much crowded. We went on weekend and it was quite peaceful. You have ample of parking place. You need to walk a lot so may not be possible to cover the entire area in one go. But it's a must visit. The place is maintained by Aga Khan Trust and they have done an excellent job in maintaining it well. Food is allowed inside and you have lot of place to sit and eat. Tour guides are also available if you need someone to explain the history. They charge around 650 for half tour and 1000 for full tour. That's what they said. The place is being renovated for UNESCO heritage site. They have well maintained restrooms as well. No food court or Shop is there so pack your own food. And do go before 11 AM as it will take 3-4 hours if you are going to explore it completely.
It houses seven tombs dedicated to the former kings of Golconda. The tombs are dome like structures built on a square base. This is again surrounded by pointed arches.

A stunning place filled with history and magnificent architecture. The best visiting hours are during sunset. Just be weary of unwelcomed tour guides who will take you by surprise and ultimately expect money from you.
A place which is over 400 yrs old. Silent but speaks volume of the glorious past. The stories of a bygone era when being pompous was not looked down upon. Even death was glorified and architecture created to tell the coming generations of the past.well preserved!!!
