Seven Oceans is the most refined gym in Gurgaon. Umesh Dagar !!! My Trainer !!! He is just exceptional. The amount of knowledge he has is enough to Cure all your needs. He is my best decision to get trained from. Gym has such cozy vibes , infrastructure is very comfortable and gives you enough pampering. I would love to open the doors again and again . Undoubtedly the best gym in Delhi NCR. Amazing facilities, great ambiance and superb workout vibes. Trainer Manish sir is amazing and humble guy, he provided me with a lot of variations in my workout from my regular plan, and helped me with my Body Composition Analysis as well. Would 100% recommend to join without any second thoughts. The classes are also great!! Special shoutout to the Spinning sessions!

The best and most advanced training gym in Gurgaon. You can use the facility on a membership of short or long bases. I take the personal training which would be for additional cost but so worth it. The personal trainers are kind and provide you with customized set of training each time. The trainer Umesh is the best match for me and always have good and educational training from him. Should just go and take a look if anyone is interested. The facility is brand new and high tech. It is open from 6am so many go there before heading to the office. Really good habit to do so. Feels good!

Classes like spinning , yoga , core fitness , zumba are also conducted by highly trained and renowned trainers .

7oceans is hands down the best gym in town. Since you're spending upto two hours in a space almost daily you'd want to feel at ease and comfortable. All the machines are state of art and the steam room is truly a cherry on top. My trainer Manish sir has been amazing the past two months and has helped me reach closer to my goal in a short time. He won't let you skip a day or a rep. He's helped me build confidence in my strength and the gruelling HIIT days have become my favourite.
