Atmosphere is chill and cool . Food is pretty good..I liked this place but the service was too slow which was quite disappointing..there is self- service system over here...there is rest room available over here...I tried here ice cream and donuts which was very good...this place is excellent for bakery item..I also tried cheese sticks which was pretty good but bit expensive according to it's taste and presentation..

The place is good, chill vibe and classy connected with Thancos Naturals ice cream. The menu is diverse you can have indian continental and snacks items. They have vide range of pastries and sweet dishes like tarts chocolate balls donuts. The sitting area is comfortable. But the sad part was that the service was quiet late. They have rest rooms which is quiet good and clean also you have to follow self service . You can order your time and get it by yours. In Thancos Naturals you can taste the ice cream items before having a scoop but it was over price I guess 100/- rs for each scoop of ice cream. They also sell ready made chocolate snack items and gift packs. You can have fun there. I had donut and ice cream which was subtle in taste and we're nicely made.
Ordered customised cake for my son's birthday, according to the brand name and price I have paid the quaility is not at all good. Cake finishing was worst. IRON wires are used within the cake, piece of it got stuck in the mouth of a child. Fortunately the child didnt shallow it.
Located in lalpur, beside thancos icecream, it is a great bakery. Has a huge variety of desserts. Speciality- cheese cakes and mug cakes. It is a bit expensive though but the taste is really good. Service is fast. Ambience is really good too. You can come here if you really want some good desserts.
I ordered a premium mango cheese cake and received a cake which is not even a cheese cake but rather a cheap baked cake decorated with yellow cream. The picture shown in the menu was completely different. I thought 7 Heven is a good brand which can atleast provide me the authentic taste of the cheese cake in Ranchi but it's a scam.
