I recently called this establishment to inquire about their available rooms, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I made the call, the person on the other end exhibited a consistently bad tone throughout our conversation. Not only did their tone come across as rude and dismissive, but it also left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. As someone looking to potentially book a room, I expected a courteous and informative response to my queries. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Good customer service is paramount in the hospitality industry, and it's disappointing to encounter such a negative interaction. I believe that a more pleasant and respectful tone during our conversation would have made a world of difference in my perception of this establishment. I hope that they take this feedback seriously and make efforts to improve their customer service in the future. It's essential for any business to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for potential customers, and this experience fell far short of that expectation.

Stayed here for a night with family. We got a interconnected family room. The hotel rooms were very congested with absolutely not much space to move around. There was no kettle service in the room. No table to place our stuffs. The toilet and washroom was so cramped up. We asked for bucket and mug, and had to wait indefinitely for it to arrive. Also, we were arriving a bit later than the check-in time, so tried calling front desk multiple times, but in vain. There was no response at all. However when we arrived we still had our room. I would suggest to look for other options at the same price if there is a chance.

Good location. rooms are clean and comfortable , fst check in and fast checkout process.it was an excellent stay.....we sincerely thankful to everyone specially Mr Arbaz who was at reception he was very kind and helpful person.... thanks to Mr Noaman, Quazi ,Salman ,Yadav, Aashish, irfan, sohel and Azhar the staff is very friendly and kind

Not worth spending money on a very tiny room. No service available to pick the bags from the car. It's a big NO for family. We went outside to have food as there is only buffet option available so again it's difficult at night time to search for restaurants.

Good stay. They have around 80+ rooms I have planned to stay here for 3 nights but due to some medical emergency need to early check out for one day. Mr Jafar Ali understood my situation and guided me properly. And post discussion with management they refunded me one night amount. Thank you Jafar Ali for the smooth check in and understanding situation. This builds a great trust when we have such good human being in organization.

I had a horrible experience with this hotel at Aurangabad location. Listing my reasons here. 1. Booked two rooms which they confirmed after 8 hours that too after multiple reminders and follow up. 2. Everytime you call they barely pick the lines and even they pick after multiple attempts they talk very rudely seems they doing favour answering your calls, no courtesy no professionalism. Never ever had such experience with any of the hotels before. 3. Once we reached hotel hardly any staff was around, they mentioned in their bookings about welcome drink and stuff they hardly had coffee and tea available. I checked with hotel staff at reception he said have it from outside. 4. Zero grounds on hospitality, rude staff and horrible services. Only rooms are available rest is your call if you wish to take your chance please go ahead

The stay of 4 days was very comforting and enjoyable. Staff is very cordial and good to talk with. I actually forgot my gold ring in the room after check out. But the staff named Raju from Housekeeping department called quickly after checkout and handed over the ring to me. Overall very nice stay experience. Will definitely recommend others to stay here.

Good hotel, decent staff. Had booked a standard Ac room. The room is sufficient for 2 people. Although the room looks big in the pictures as most of the pics are clicked in wide angle but had no issues with space. Had a cupboard and personal safe in it. Washroom was clean and well lit. Has a hangount area with small pantry where you can have tea/coffee and play chess and carrom board. The property also has their own restaurant "appetite". I liked the food and the restaurant staff was too polite and very responsive. Thank you!!
