Joined the place 3m back. Was disappointed after experiencing few other gyms around. However, this place was better than my expectations. Trainers are very good. Always felt motivated after coming here. Due to busy schedule I was not very regular. I wish I could be. Don't expect many many machines here. They are more focussed on other forms of physical activities. Great gym, superb trainers. I highly recommend this place!
I had a very great experience in 5e fitness. The trainer's are highly professional. I strongly recommend 5e fitness. Especially for ladies, they are highly supportive and i got very gud results than my previous fitness centre. Highly recommend for fat loss program.
Place for power lifting and not bodybuilding.
Stay clear the low quality protein powder the instructor pushes which he claims is manufactured in Kerala

Mr.George the trainer is knowledgeable and practical .He lives motivation in every word he speaks and will never feel like you might lack some motivation either.
Proper technique and skill of the trainer's here sets this gym apart.
Do give their personal training,which is everything different from the typical meaning of the phrase "personal training", a try.
You can feel the difference in 5 days,the others will ask you about your change on the 21st of the period you signed up for.
The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe.
