5AM Fitness - Gym in Namakkal - Namakkal, India

Will give 3 stars. The facility is good but lacks enough weight plates. Whenever any equipment fails the replacement takes loong.. sometimes even months. Many of the treadmills don't work. We have to wait for a long time before it gets free. The AC never works. If you pay for the AC gym experience then you are going to be disappointed for 10 months out of 12 in a year. Management never takes prompt action on customer feedback. Some positives are that the trainers are friendly and supportive. Better than most of the gyms in Namakkal. Timings are flexible. If the management actually listens to customer feedback and takes appropriate action in a timely manner then this gym will effectively become the best facility in Namakkal. -Thanks for pointing out the extended offer provided for me. I do appreciate that. I agree there are some new machines as I have pointed out that the facility is good. I was only referring to the insufficient weighing plates & broken treadmills and a centralised AC that's rarely operational. I agree I only use this facility for 2 or 3 days in a week but can you deny that the AC hasn't been working for a long time?! This was not just my review but a whole horde of customers felt the same way. Even if some new customer comes in they will immediately notice all these things without mentioning. I have also pointed out the good stuff about quality trainers. Even now this gym is the better than most in local, as I have pointed out that also. You simply can't ignore the pleas of all the customers. A business which doesn't take prompt action to customer feedback rarely makes it in the long run. I request you to kindly take proper action so that we all benefit.

I have been working out here for the past few days after moving to Namakkal and I must say.. I totally didn't expect such a wonderful gym in Namakkal! Love my trainer and the atmosphere here. This should probably be the best gym here. W

Hi...We see that Tamil songs are played only once in a week in gym and English songs are played for rest of the days. Not every one is familiar with English playlist hence it doesn't build any vibe to enjoy the workout. If you could play Tamil motivational songs throughout a week, it will boost up the patrons to enjoy what they do. Please consider this as a request from gym members and staffs to switch to Tamil playlist. Recently, there is post went viral in social media where a gym in IRAN played Tamil kuthu songs to motivate the members and all were started to groove for that. When people in abroad prefer Tamil songs, Why can't we prefer our regional language songs.

Excellent atmosphere for workout and more equipments available than other GYM and trainer Mr Nazir Skills was so Good and his motivation also Excellent I am strongly recommend 5AM always

I rated this gym 2 .This gym is not worth for 3000 because the AC and threadmill are not working. Not statisfied in training . not have more weight ribs . To owner please maintain your gym clean and make worthy for 3000 not allowing to play Tamil songs. but the trainers are good friendly to train the claints

5AM fitness is very good gym for both Men and Women in Namakkal. Trainers are so friendly with all clients. Very good ambience. Price worthy gym. Cleanliness maintained very well.
