Definitely all kinda equipments for workout are available. Good trainees, good music, feel good environment. For beginners its a place of freedom to learn the things very fastly but still our interest towards going to gym at early mornings play a key role. No steroids, no fake and harmful items are sold. I really love to wake up at 4:30am to work out from 5am to 6:45am. I strongly recommend this center, decent for every individual. Very less fee compared with all other fitness centres and also very best than other fitness centres.
Awesome place for workout. The management is very friendly and attentative to everyone. Unlike in other gyms, the trainers here proactively approaches the participants to guide the right workout. I strongly recommend to new participants...Start your day with exercising and stay fit....!!!
