1. Bathroom door mat was not available
2. Dustbin pedal wasn't working
3. Shower gel was empty when we checked
4. AC remote control has issues
5. Wardrobe handle was broken (Room 307)
6. Smelly rooms
7. Wifi didn't work - poor network
8. Swimming pool water was like a sewer - dirty & full of chlorine
9. Slippers were not provided in rooms
10. Electric kettles were absent
11. Rude behaviour of staff & guard
12. Very poor service overall. Their kitchen didn't even have basic things like milk
Not recommended

I have tasted each n every product of this restaurant as I go there every weekend and this is what I've experienced - The customer service is amazing, sitting is nice, Food is always Fresh and Served hot.
Good experience... Service was ok ok.... Rooms were gud, location wise it's on the other corner of the city.. but it hardly takes 15 minutes drive to reach City center.. don't choose this hotel just because it have swimming pool, not gud at all...
The staff was very cooperative n polite. The stay was smooth . Only the problem was that the pantry area shut at 11pm so if you feel hungry you have to order online. Overall good stay n good staff

Nothing compared to this hotel - one of the best hotels in KOTA now and beyond . the GM and staffs are very cooperative and are humble . The service is just great . The fooding is best in Kota and I am saying with the exp of 5 days ........You will love this place
