A perfect ambience and a neat set-up of equipments. I'm trained by a great motivator Mr. Girish. Every movements of workouts will be trained, watched and corrected.

One of the best gym in neighbourhood of rajajinagar, all the equipment's are available staff is very friendly, all boot camps , training sessions hosted by the team is really organised and effective, My trainer Mr. Girish is very good trainer it's been more a month training under him and results are effective.

Great place for yor cardio, strength training and ofcourse bodybuilding. Its nice and specious plus it has a big space for conducting zumba classes. What i like about this place is that it is very well maintained. Cleanliness is priority of the management. You have good decent gym instructors. Cardio - A/C Strenght training Body building Steam facility Washroom Change room Juice shop etc etc

So far to the gym, I've had a great experience, a good space, is very well maintained and hygienic. My trainer, Girish has been a great one! Helping me with all the exercises and it's been lovely. I'd suggest this gym.
