This Gym really great have a luxurious space for doing the normal exercises and a separate space for the doing planks and other warm up activities. Trainers are really awesome they will be available to us all the time and particularly my trainer Naveen is of great help, Strict while doing the exercise which he should be and chill all the other times, he will push whenever needed and provides all the support for the beginners and can easily understand the mindset of the beginners. In a single word this place and the people are really AWESOME!!!

"One of a kind" I have never been a gym person & had my own reservations against it. However, I gave it a shot here and have never been happier and fitter. World class equipments + cleanliness + extremely experienced trainers. Would specifically call out COACH VINAY who trains me & he knows the exact requirements of each of his trainees. His knowledge of human body + knowledge on food makes the entire experience wholesome. He literally tailor makes my work-outs for each day depending on my schedule, time constraint, any physical limitations, etc. Since I do a lot of business travels, he ensures to give me a balanced work-out pre and post my travel and supports me virtually even during my travels. When I joined, my only goal was getting rid of tummy fat, but Coach Vinay has literally transformed me - while I am gradually losing fats, I have built up lean muscles, the cuts on my biceps and calves are pretty prominent now, in just 6 months. :) Gone down 2 sizes. One of the best gyms with the best trainers!!
