I have been here for more than a month. Even 30days itself, I can able to see visible changes in my weight. Personally the trainers are more cautious about the exercise, who have health issues. Individually they train depen upon the body. I would highly recommend this to everyone who wants to loss their weight professionally and gradually.

444 is an awesome female only Fitness Club in Karaikudi. Trainer Mahalakshmi is very friendly and gives best tips and tricks to get most out of every workout. The overall vibe is great and had good experiences. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing great changes in my energy levels and fitness. Would highly recommend!
