Been training under azim from past 8months. Had a great experience....lost weight....inches loss and feel light too. Proper training without any muscle damages...and he guided me thrugh my diet plan too
Pathetic gym has worst quality. Equipments are not good, not hygienic, dirty rest rooms. I have wasted my money joining here, because of above reasons I had to leave before my membership expired. Also, for name sake it is AC gym, they don't even switch it on had to ask multiple times, I have seen many people leaving the gym for these reasons.
