I'm only giving two stars because at first the trainer with the beard who used to come was very helpful and Generous Trainer named Tejas does not help anyone even if you ask for it he will act like he knows everything and won't tell Don't even make a Diet plan and Workout plan too I made my own workout plan I wasted my 5k on this gym and i regret the decision i would have brought some personal equipment with that money at my home NOT RECOMMENDED !

Best for your outing. One the best Gym in capital of India. Good location for easy to reach. Approx all accessories available for your workout. Kind nature staff you face here. For owner Best of luck for your bright future.

First of all, most of the reviews you see were given almost 5-6 months ago, that is under the ownership of previous owner. The new owner is arrogant and cheap to say the least. I wish there was an option for no/negative stars for this review. I have been going to this gym for a long time now( close to 2 years). The owner now makes rules for their own convenience and to save efforts to maintain.The equipment is not maintained properly. Cleanliness is questionable. The owner thinks he is king and we are his subject, to quote himself. They keep on forgetting that they are providing a mere service for which they are paid. Unfortunately I am stuck with this gym for coming 7-8 months, I took an yearly membership thinking the quality of service would remain same if not improve. But it has only seen a steep downfall. Almost all the previous members have left this gym and the ones left( like me) regret their decision almost daily. Not only the members, even the trainers have left seeing the adverse conditions. The only answer the owner has to question of poor condition of equipment and cleanliness, is, "5000 rupay me aur kya loge, agar aur chahiye toh 10000 wale me jao". If you are planning to join a gym I would not recommend this one. Unless you want to feel that the owner is doing you a favor by giving you the service in exchange of your hard earned money then you must join.

All the equipments need maintenance. When we joined gym they promised many things like regular stream bath and floor exercise but haven't provided anything. Also trainer in evening has some attitude problem. Not recommended.

Its very well equiped gym, nice space, well trained certified trainers, sound management and paisa vasool gym...really liked this gym not seen such gym
