I had a great experience training with Joseph. He put together a personalized workout plan for my goals and he helped me to stay motivated for a complete 1 month that we were working together. 3FC was my first gym experience ever. For a novice like me, who started on a casual note with a goal to remain fit, gym has become an indispensable part of my day. All this was possible only with the renewed efforts of gym trainers (special shoutout to Gopal and Ishwar) for guiding me well. This gym is very well equipped. It took me about 2 months to actually understand my body and know what suits me. Today, my diet has changed, I am mindful of what I eat. I feel fresh, energetic and revived all day! One of the best gym in and around ponda to workout and also its very spacious, well maintained, sanitized. The trainers are also very good and also there's a special package for students, ladies and senior citizens. The equipments are also well maintained.

Very spacious and state of art fitness centre. The team of trainers are very cooperative and knowledgeable. You can avail personal training, nutrition advice as well as all modern equipment.
