Really bad society. It's been 4 years now me living in Pune and never seen such pathetic society and people living here. They don't respond to your concerns regarding water issue, power issue. Everyday there's a powercut for almost 1-2 hours. Few people living here do not know how to be kind. They are bias towards tenants and especially with the dog owners. They promised us that the gym and gas pipeline will be available soon but their "soon" is still far away. Cheaper rents but explore more and go for Nyati. I wanted to give 0 star but there's no option for that. Chairman and secretary are of no use. Please stay away from this society.

Bought a flat here in Feb 2019 and got possession in May 2019. Happy so far, good locality and calm place. The construction quality could have been better! Will add more once I move in and spend more time here.

Society might be good. But some people are toxic here. I paid a visit today for some personal reasons to wing A for not more than 5 minutes. Guard asked me to park in Visitor parking of wing F. A person in his mid age with his wife from wing F had the audacity to ask guard to not allow us to park there and were passing a grin afterwards. Should blame his env. where he might not be allowed to do anything or maybe no one listens to that guy in wing F in his personal or professional life. Thank god, that guy might just be owing a flat and not the visitor parking space.

38 park majestique people have no manners to talk the community people are making their own rules according to their convenience to stay there for example if vehicle parked in wrong parking strict action and penalty will be applied if something falls from someones gallery everything will be posted on watsapp group and big scenes will be created, keeping a PET is a very big challenge especially DOGS, if u r a pet owner think multiple time to step here, if there is a dog at our place only small lift should be used, we cannot take the dogs to the park, even if it rainy season people will not allow the dog walks in the society or strict action will be taken, feeling sad for tenants as they r been tortured if they have a pet as 'n number of restrictions' applied to them, the technicians and security have full rights to insult people as they have chairman's support to fight if anything happens, this doesn't feels like a society where people can stay happily but more of a Dons place where we common people just have to shut their mouth coz we don't have the power to give it back.

If you love Nature then this is the best place to stay and spend time. The only disadvantage is this place is far for few as it is at one end and roads still need to develop a bit. However, the view will definitely make you ignore the negative points. And of course basic amenities are available nearby so nothing to worry. Good place for peace

Best place to own a property or to rent. I owned a flat here in c wing. Economical in budget with enough aminities.

Poor quality construction unfriendly staff no planning no vision. It been a year since taken possession still the work not completed still have lot of incomplete work. Flat handed over in a very dirty condition. All doors are out builder not ready to fix giving lame reasons. Poor quality Windows. Cracks and leakage all over. Few tiles broken not replace reason given they don't have same tiles. Elevation is less. Please invest cautiously in kamthe or majestic investments Possession given in may 2018 society has taken incomplete handover. Builder is not ready to pay maintenance from Aug 2017 to May 2018. Keep everything in black and white. Take everything in writing kam the builders has no value for words they can back out any time. Fraud builder, same are the society guys cheap and greedy
