The experience was great. The session for 7 days was so meaningful and useful... I got to learn the things I didn't know. A person who doesn't know anything about self-defense. He can move his body to fight against the situation is a very big thing. during this period of self-defense the person who doesn't have any confidence, Sir Mr.Rohit. B. Lokhande he gave that. And the nature of the sir is very friendly. I would like to thank the sir and the committee who came to teach us. It was fun that we spent these 7 days it was so memorable and meaningful. It was in the group but sir focus on every student. Sir your teaching won't go to waste somewhere somehow it will be very useful and at that time I will be very grateful to you.

The workouts are fun here. The workouts led by Rohit , who knows his work very well, gives hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. You will not do the same workout twice. It is something new each day and a new challenge which keeps it more interesting and fun. It's a life changing experience and I recommend it highly to all.
One of the best place for workout. Even it is a group training the trainer focus personally on each and every member. And the flexibility and stretching workouts are amazing. I think that's the USP of the centre. Everyone enjoys the workout and specially the trainer keeps the group motivated. If anybody looking for fitness and kickboxing then this is the perfect place.
