Best palace for your honeymoon &tour nice hotel staff or food is amazing totally good place for stay with this hotel I'm happy nice place for your vacation
Staff behaviour is worst. Hospitality is zero. Don't prefer this resort as staff don't know how to treat the guess . Nil response to issues mentioned. Rooms are not clean and benches are rusted.
Wi-Fi provided is too bad. Don't have Mobile signals. 24/7 service is just words. We called for drinking water @2:30 AM, not picking the phone. It was emergency at that moment. No steam bath as mentioned in the menu. Don't prefer Garden view Rooms, instead prefer Sea view Rooms. Rooms are too expensive to this area.
Amazing resort with beautiful view. Food was delicious and staff is very caring and helpful. It provides bestest wifi within cherai beach area. No other hotel or resort in cherai provides better wifi facilities. Must do things are: watch sunset from Resort and do kayaking from nearest place in cherai beach. It provides premium facilities in very less price.
Great ambience. Perfect spot right on the beach to melt all the stress out of your body and mind. The sea side deck on which food is served is the most attractive part of the stay here. Rooms are well maintained and furnished. They look like typical Kerala heritage house bedroom. Food was tasty and the staff were very courteous and helping.
Rooms are in bad condition, wifi doesn't reach Heritage room, totally isolated from main property, there are cockroaches in room, also please note there is no beach associated with property. Only the name is beach resort, don't book this property
Beautiful location. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The manager booked a transfer from the airport which helped a great deal. During our stay he also arranged a day out with a driver to the waterfalls. My partner's luggage was lost by the airport and the staff at the hotel arranged to have it sent to the hotel when it was found at no extra cost. The food was freshly prepared each day and tailored to our wants, it was incredible! Can not recommend Brighton Beach House enough! Thank you!
Very nice place this is the first place to go when you are looking for peace and calm resort . It has direct entrance to the beach from restaurant. The reastaurant is beach view and ideal place for sunbathing . The services are very good. Rooms are antique from outside and luxurious in inside. Food is great . Kerala style is the best. Room rent is very cheap compared to other's.
