I have been going to this gym for the last 2 years. I love the trainers here who are extremely humble and will always go out to the extra length to help you out with your fitness. The gym is very clean and quite cost effective. Additionally, I would like to mention a special thanks to Nishant and Jayant who have been the main contributor for my fitness now. Their manager Surjan always guide best and really understand your need.

Excellent dance fitness class under Ateek sir. He's a kind patient and amazing teacher. He truly takes you along and helps you improve.

Excellent spacious Gym with combo of Strength & Functional Training. Those who care of Zumba classes etc... Its available as well. My main focus is strength training which I am loving thoroughly since last 3 weeks. My personal trainer Niraj is highly experienced & maintains good blend between technique, workout, nutrition & motivation, providing his undivided attention always.

Best Ever Gym! The best thing about gym is there trainers always willing to help n motivate u for ur goals n always available. I also lost 9 kilos in 6 months .really satisfied with their facilities.

1 star for Sales person Mr. Nikhil for maintaing a good communication with clients and another for housekeeping guy as Gym is super hygiene & clean most of the times. Gym is well equipped and at good location but majority of equipments are unused as gym trainers are not interested to assist if you don't take P.T No diet plans and workout schedule as promised during admission, even no response after asking for it. Come only if you want to go for a PT or have self good knowlege.

This is my first time going to a gym, so I am not comparing anything here, and it's been a month and I am not saying I transformed in a month but I did see progress in myself from day 1 to day 30. Thank You Trainer Nishant for being very welcoming.
