Very bad experience! Not at all recommended for families. Rooms are not clean. Service very poor. We need to beg for water in bathroom every 2 hrs. Staff very very rude, the way staff behaves as if they have done any favours on us. No food arrangement, they bring food from somewhere else so always delayed. The only part was good is location of room, sea facing.
If you looking for a place to relax in vasai virar beach facing on Kalamb beach this is perfect place . All you get very good service. Specially Smart Tv in beach facing room . Staff work really to make your stay memorable. beautifull beach fornt of you . Relax and enjoy your self love this place So much . This property special for couples. If your couple this is perfect place for you . awesome beach view. Recommended, we will visit again Soon Thank you.
Location is good, beach facing rooms available, Price is pretty good too but the staff is too rude, their services are too delayed they took me 2hrs just to get me dal khichdi , and its mostly couples coming here on hourly basis. If your coming for family time etc I won't suggest this place as it doesn't have any aminities, except for WiFi

I found the place having a decent room which comes with both AC and Non AC options. Rooms are spacious enough and comes with double bed, also chair and table available. Large windows beach facing is the highlights of this place and it gives the amazing views of sea and sun set in evening. Well connected with the main road, actually 150mtrs approx from kalam beach main entrance. As per my experience i dnt see them cooking food for u, they just order to some local restaurant and get it for you. Overall this place is good to stay, safe and well connected. Bit costly i would say..

A lovely farm house, with stunning beach View on to the beach was gorgeous. Food was also good. Had lots of enjoy on the beach. It's also great place for relax.
