Clean and well maintained rooms. Good behaviour staff.

Stayed here for a night and it was all good. Spacious rooms and helpful management.

Lift doesn't work, so difficult for old people. One of my relative noticed a rat in the room. Bathroom are also just bearable. So better avoid. Bad place to stay.

I have stayed here a couple of times. Place is best for accommodating your relatives as a large group especially during weddings. One floor contains 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk appartments. Rooms are clean enough.

Neatly maintained rooms. Very spacious hall, very good views from balcony. The electronic items inside the kitchen is old and not clean. Very nice lodging apartment in calicut. Price is little bit costly for that locality. Overall a very comfortable place to book rooms to all your relatives for a wedding function! I loved the view from balcony, full of coconut trees.
