One of the Best Gym of Baroda with Cybex Equipment and cleanliness. Trainer Mr Sunil Pandey is having very good knowledge of all the types of workouts . He teaches every workout with good technique and gives personal attention also . Manager Mr Mayur Dodiya is also very supporting& co operative with clients. This is the only gym in entire Gujarat having sand box fitness.

This gym has lots of good equipment which is Cybex USA brand, and also has a sandbox setup for those who are interested contact them.
This is one of the worse gyms I have ever been to. I took personal training at this gym and it was an equivalent on setting my money on fire.
1. The trainers are quite lazy and would pick up multiple personal training's at one slot.
2. The trainers would constantly sell you one or the other schemes for business.
3. They don't help with tracking micros or macros and would give you the most generic diet plan which you can get from google.
4. Most of the cardio equipment don't give accurate readings or are not operational.
5. Even if you reach out to the manager, or his representative, they don't help much.
6. The air conditioning doesn't work and they keep procrastinating the task of getting it fixed. The ACs that do work aren't turned on.
7. They don't even make you a workout card despite taking a PT.
8. Unlike it's name the gym is not operational 24*7.
