Ambience is good, food is way average, order spring roll, paneer manchurian and fried rice, didn't like the food at all, the way they work is a bit weird, no lunch is available there like proper veg food, it's available only for dinner, was also disappointed by the waiter, its better if you eat at agra Sweets just below this restaurant
Today, I went to 24 carat. I ordered veg dum biryani, but what they serve is not at all biryani. What they served me is kind of tomato veggies rice. Rice used in it is not at all a biryani rice. Also taste wise, it is not good. Generally, what we get with biryani is salan and buttermilk. But they gave me is raita, that too when I asked for it again, they said sorry we don't give raita twice. Service-wise, it is poor which I received from there. Nobody came up to serve that tomato rice, as bowl was full, I thought someone will serve me that but nobody came up. Overall, this 24 carat restaurant above Agra sweets, kakadeo is not good at all.
Food prices are less. Ambience and food quality are below average (We returned french fries because it was not crispy and they accepted with smile). Staff is humble.
It was my worst experience at the restaurant. The service was filthy, they took a lot of time to take the order and when the order was placed, most of the items in the menu were not available there. Now coming to pros, the only pros are the interior of the restaurant, I think they spend all of their money on the interior designing, but the service, it was worst, worst than any other restaurant I've visited in Kanpur.
Place was good with nice ambience the taste is just finger licking plus it's economical too they have a massive cooling infrastructure with awesome cooling to beat the heat also the food is just good......it is one of my must visit place
