The trainer is great, has proper knowledge about all the aspects related to a gym. The exercises being written on the board helps a lot. The equipment is good. Saturday outdoor sessions are a nice change from the regular machine exercises.
Gym is good, a whole lot of Equipments. Gym trainer has the good knowledge regarding all aspects of gym, body fitness and muscle building. Daily routine exercises are always written over the board which helps as well.
