My experience till date has been wonderful. Gym is well equipped. Nagesh is a well versed trainer who takes his clients interest as his own and is a great inspiration.

Nagesh is one of the best trainers i have met, very rigorous yet friendly people. His training style is such that even a person like me who didn't like gyming, craved to workout here. All the equipments are top quality and no corners are cut for safety, the gym is also very clean and tidy. If you want to have a good time while losing weight, this is the place to go.

Nagesh Anna is an amazing trainer, he understands each persons concerns, strengths and weakness and trains accordingly. He is very encouraging and pushes us to do better and there's a constant follow up with us regarding our diet and etc! It's an amazing place for body transformation as I have lost 8kgs in 2 months!

Great place to workout Trainer Nagesh Sir designs perfect diet plan,workouts for everyone. Personal attention and proper guidance is given. Gym is very well equipped, maintained and hygienic.

10/10 would recommend. Apart from good equipments and maintenance, trainer nagesh curates workout plans as per each individual and their goal. I've been here for more than 6 months and I'm happy with my transformation. If fitness is your priority put this on your list.

Its been a good 6-7 months working out in this gym. The trainer is professional and helped me gain 5-6 kgs in this period. The problem was me being less motivated in the start about my Physique. Expecting the change immediately after joining the gym! Mr Nagesh motivated me and helped me with a proper diet. Mr. Nagesh is well organised and professional. Though many people workout to loose weight , here is one where I gained 5 kgs in 7 months with proper diet and workout. I highly recommend this gym to the people who are trying to put on muscle .

It's been 3 months now I joined this gym and I see great change mentally and physically in myself. Good trainer is the most important part of any gym and Mr.Nagesh absolutely a great trainer who train us based on our goals. I reduced 6 Kgs in 1 month and so drastic change in my body.
