This gym is excellent for both newbies and regulars. The trainer/owner of the gym vetri sir's coaching for me was personally sublime. The feel and transform that I feel was obvious in just a month of training. The trainer gives personal attention which motivates me to hit the gym everyday.
It's been 1month I joined 18 hundred gym, and I can clearly see results, I was 90 kgs before, and now I am 85. The trainer (vetri) is really helpful and helps us executing the exercises and workouts based on our capacity. Speaking from price point of view, it's worth it to join asap.
