I've been a member of this gym since 2018 and I was never optimistic about losing weight and never thought that it would be possible; but within a period of six months, the result was astonishing. Everyone who only knew me as a chubby person had their jaw dropped seeing me toned up and slimmed down. I can guarantee that if the diet recommended by the trainer (Ashley) is strictly followed along with proper workout, things will turn to your favor. As a bonus, you will find a trainer who would support you immensely through the weight loss. I would forever be thankful for supporting me to have an amazing body that I can flaunt and be confident of. I would definitely recommend this gym to everyone. Even after 5 long years, if I still choose 123 fitness center, it is only because I feel that there's no other place as good as this.

Excellent place for women who needs a personal trainer, and systematic training for weight loss. It's not just losing weight...becoming stronger &healthier is important. Not every trainer believes in this ideology. So for those who want power training,123 is the place..Convenient time schedule for working women as well. Air conditioned too.. Just go for it.

Joined 123 fitness 4 years back and what an amazing journey it has been !!! Unbelievable results !!! Most of the gyms and trainers only concentrate on weight loss but the personal trainer at 123 has improved my strength and posture along with weight loss. Clean and well equipped gym with machines especially for ladies and great parking facilities as it is situated in a quiet area next to st Anthonys church. Ladies go gain strength and look your best at 123 fitness!!

A fantastic gym that can really help you achieve your body goals with an in-depth understanding about fitness. My 4 month training period with our star trainer Ashley was nothing less than fruitful. Been to many gyms all around the world and somehow 123 fitness studio has been the most worthwhile. I lost 7 kilograms in 3 months without much struggle due to the expert guidance and training. Hi, I joined 123 fitness studio only a month ago , I found unbelievable results n trainer is such amazing person that frist he improves our strength, posture n then weight loss. By far the best ladies gym in Kannur with good equipments and great personal training . Very reasonably priced packages which include gym membership, personal training and nutrition(diet). Fun place with lot of ladies to interact with and immensely clean gym with ample parking facility. Hands down best choice i made joining 123 Fitness Studio

Joining 123Fitness Studio became a turning point in my life. My stamina has increased . Now I run marathon and play badminton and have increased energy at work. My trainer made me realise that being fit is not just having a lean body but it is working out all systems in the body. More than being thin it is being toned that is important . Ladies you dont know how much you can fly until you spread your wings.
