Had tandoori chicken and garlic Nan, and both were very good. The service was fast and excellent. The nans wet soft and crispy. The dipping sauce was sweet but not as thick as expected. We also had badam milk to go with it and other was raining heavily outside. The interior ambience is very nice but they could keep the wash area a little bit more tidy, there was water all over the floor and no tissues to dry hands after washing.

Very good food and ambience. Tried the place multiple times and had nice experience everytime. Now has lot more options to choose from. Has north Indian snacks, different juices, icecreams and cakes etc along with the main restaurant menu. Parking space available at roadside but is little hard during peak times. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Has toilet facilities. Accepts all kinds of payments including UPI and card.

It is an amazing Multi-Cuisine Restaurant with charming interiors and lavish ambience. They provide a wide variety of menu which include many mouth watering dishes, Salad & Soups, Fresh Juices and Ice Creams and local eateries as well. Portion size was quite good for the price being charged. Highly recommended their Thai rice with chicken. Limited parking available. Service is top notch, His suggestions were absolutely worthy. This place is a must try . Best restaurant in Kottayam.

I recently visited the restaurant 12 to 12, a place I've been to many times since it opened. It's been a while now since I've had food from 12 to 12. So my first choice was this to have food from when I reached kottayam hoping the food was as good as it was when it opened the shop. However, this time, the food was just okay, and nothing stood out as particularly impressive. I was disappointed to feel that something was missing in both taste and vibe compared to the time the shop was opened. The cheese barbecue I ordered was decent, but it didn't live up to my expectations of a delicious and awe-inspiring chicken and cheese combo. It left me with no plans to order it again from 12 to 12. On the positive side, the green apple mojito was enjoyable, and the customer service was satisfactory. Nevertheless, I can't help but think that the restaurant should make some changes to elevate its standards and prevent them from going downhill. Overall, my experience was okay, but I hope they take the necessary steps to level up their offerings and maintain their reputation as a go-to spot.

Exploring the taste of 12 to 12 Bar-Be-Que. In search of taste i tested few dishes and i found it amazing. As a started Chicken 555 was really good, the taste the gravy, it was perfect. American chopsuey that was really different kind of dish, you must mix it well before going to eat. Its perfect then. Must try item i will vote for Chicken shashlik, perfect to the every bit. Boneless chicken best for kids too. This comes in combo with rumali roti. And final dish is Afghani chicken kinda bit too expensive but taste is really good. Other than food, the service is quite good but need little more improvement. The parking area is really bad, no good parking area for cars, you need to park in the main road. The hotel atmosphere is really amazing, night time is best time to visit there.
