The best gym i have worked out in, the owner is super friendly, always ready to help. The trainers are amazing and this gym is for everyone from beginners to people who have been working out for years. I am a powerlifter and this is the first gym that i wasn't told to get out or stop lifting heavy. Even the lighting is next level.
VK Fitness Center is a perfect gym.The gym has all the necessary equipments, it's very spacious and very well maintained. They have got very good Trainers with proper knowledge. Must say the entire team is very friendly, supportive and helpful. In terms of prices, their plans are Value for money. It's the best gym you ll get in Kandivali East. I highly recommend it.

Well maintained and very well kept. You will find everything that you need which will make you achieve your objective to join the gym. Areas for improvement is, the changing room which is always filled with clothes. They have every basic facility covered which makes it nice. Because it is being multi leveled, the disturbance is less than workouts are more peaceful. Need great music though. Overall a fantastic experience.
One the best Gym place from which i have went in past couple of years. The Trainers are approachable all the time. Nobody will pitch you for Personal trainer unless you ask them for the same. This is argubly the most important point in selecting Gym. They will give equal importance irrespective if you will select Personal trainer or will do exercise on your own. The Trainers are know the Subject really well. The functional area motivates you to go for extra mile.
