I've been a member of 1 life for around 2 years now . It has been an amazing experience. The admin staff is really friendly . The trainers again are super supportive and well qualified. Facilities are amazing all the machines are up to date and well maintained . Soo overall I'll rate it a 10/10.

The facility is top-notch, with modern equipment that caters to a diverse range of workouts, whether you're into cardio, strength training. What stood out to me was the cleanliness and organization maintained throughout the gym. The trainers are fantastic; their expertise and dedication have significantly elevated my fitness journey. Special thanks to my trainer Mr. Bhagwan Borade. Additionally, the gym's atmosphere is motivating. There's a palpable sense of community among members, creating a supportive environment that encourages everyone to push their limits.

As i have been member to big gym like Talwalkar and Edge Fitness i can definitely say this gym is far better then these gym's. This gym not only fully equipped but also has one of the best trainers who support you without any hesitation. I would gladly recommend these trainers like Vipul sir, Pratik sir and Sandeep sir. Give these trainer your 3 month and i can assure you they will change your structure completely.

1 Life Gym is a wonderful and a well equipped gym. It is undoubtedly the best gym in Kalwa. It has amazing facilities and top equipments which makes work outs a pleasure. The best part about the gym is it's membership fees which is reasonably priced considering the host of facilities offered. The staff at the reception is always polite and helpful. You are greeted whenever you enter and exit the premises which is always a good feeling. The personal trainers are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and approachable and they always help you with your queries. From beginners to professional body builders, if you are serious about working out 1 Life Gym is definitely for you.

The gym is well equipped, ambiance and overall feel is good. Vipul is my personal trainer he really goes out of his way so that you reach your personal goals. Makes workout fun by adding variety and according to your pace. He has knowledge about nutrition and fitness and will give you pro tips to help you maintain both workout and diet. I would definitely recommend him.

No 1 gym in kalwa changed my life i was 56 kg when started workout now my weight is 72 kg in just 6 months all the trainers are very humble and polite and management always help if there is an issue kunal and omkar are very good managers .

I am not a regular member to the gym but whenever I go my Personal Trainer Mary who has a personalized approach towards each client makes sure that I get the maximum advantage out of the less time I visit. The gym has all the facilities a modern gym offers. But the personalized approach of the PTs at the gym makes it a unique one.
